1. Direct Debit Request - Housing Rents

This form will enable you to set up a Direct Debit for your Housing Rent.

Alternatively you can download a paper form and post this into us.

Thank you for registering to pay your Housing Rent by Direct Debit.

If you wish to pay on the 6th or 20th of the month you can do so by completing this form. Should you wish to pay on any other day of the week or month, please email incometeam@livin.co.uk and we will contact you to set this up.

All the normal Direct Debit Safeguards and guarantees apply. No changes in the amount, date, or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited.

In the event of an error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building Society.

You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by writing to your Bank or Building Society, with a copy to us.

This form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please make sure that you have your bank details to hand. Please be aware that banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit instructions from some types of accounts.
